Tulio Crali was an Italian painter and aeronautical enthusiast whose dynamic compositions emerged from Futurism and evolved through the twentieth century. Active from the 1920s onward, he developed a distinctive visual language rooted in flight, speed, and aerial perspective. His work synthesized modernist abstraction with representational elements drawn from aviation and landscape. Crali's long career spanned nearly eight decades, during which he maintained a commitment to kinetic energy and formal innovation.
