Boris Ender was a Russian painter and graphic artist active in the early Soviet period. Working primarily in oil and watercolor, he developed a distinctive approach to landscape and still life that bridged modernist abstraction with representational clarity. Based in Leningrad, Ender was associated with the Russian avant-garde movements of the 1920s and 1930s.
