Bruce J. Graham Papers
<p>A moderately sized collection of lectures, writings, correspondence, slides and printed matter from the private home of Bruce Graham, architect of the Sears Tower (now Willis Tower), and the John Hancock Building, both designed in partnership with noted structural engineer Fazlur Khan. Graham retired from SOM in 1989 and moved to Hobe Sound, Florida, where he opened a new firm, Graham & Graham, in partnership with his wife, Jane. Graham has served on numerous fine art, architectural, and urban planning boards, and is a trustee of the University of Pennsylvania.</p> <p><a href="http://digital-libraries.artic.edu/cdm/search/collection/findingaids/searchterm/Graham,%20Bruce%20J.,%20Papers/field/title/mode/all/conn/and/cosuppress/1">View finding aid.</a><br><a href="http://digital-libraries.artic.edu/cdm/search/collection/mqc/searchterm/Graham,%20Bruce,%20Papers/field/subcol/mode/all/conn/and/cosuppress/1">View selected images from this collection.</a><br><a href="http://digital-libraries.artic.edu/cdm/search/collection/mqc/searchterm/Graham,%20Bruce/field/creato;%20additi;%20contri/mode/all/conn/and/cosuppress/1">Find all Bruce Graham digital images.</a><br><a href="https://digital-libraries.artic.edu/digital/collection/caohp/search/searchterm/Graham,%20Bruce/field/creato/mode/all/conn/and/cosuppress/1">Bruce Graham Oral History.</a></p> <p>Collection access:<br>Collections may be accessed in the Franke Reading Room of the Research Center at The Art Institute of Chicago, by appointment only.
