Val Telberg
Photography
Val Telberg is a Russian-American artist recognized primarily for photographic work employing multiple exposures and montage techniques to construct layered, dreamlike imagery. Active from the mid-twentieth century, his prints merge figures, interiors, and organic textures into composite negatives that dissolve the boundary between document and hallucination. His photographs have been collected by the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
