Fender Bassman speaker

Leo Fender was an American electrical engineer and manufacturer who designed and produced electric guitars and amplifiers that became foundational to postwar popular music. Working from Fullerton, California, he developed the Telecaster and Stratocaster models, instruments that fundamentally shaped the sound of rock and roll, country, and blues. His engineering innovations in solid-body guitar construction and tube amplifier design established technical standards that persist across the industry.
