Peter Berg Silver Designs Collection

<p>Born in Drammen, Norway, Peter Berg trained as a metalsmith in Norway before immigrating to Chicago around 1900. By 1909 he was working as a silversmith in the noted Kalo Shop in Chicago, where he designed and executed flatware and tableware in an Arts and Crafts style. This collection includes four graphite drawings for various items of silver tableware and one template for a silver tray.
